Persimmon is a house building company, which has been trading since 1972.

Persimmon has performed well throughout a period of difficult trading conditions. Over the last 12 months we have concentrated heavily on cash generation and cost control.

There are nine members of our Board of Directors, the Chairman, three executive Directors and five non-executive Directors. The Directors bring a wide breadth of experience to directing the strategy of the Group.

Persimmon plc, the UK's leading housebuilder, was established by Life President, Duncan Davidson, in 1972.

Our business operates under three main brands Persimmon Homes, Charles Church and Westbury Partnerships.

Our strategy is to be a leading national housebuilder, building homes ranging from small affordable starter homes to large premium family homes and selling to both the private market and housing associations.
