Board of Directors
There are eight members of our Board of Directors, the Chairman, three executive Directors and four non-executive Directors. The Directors bring a wide breadth of experience to directing the strategy of the Group.
Our History
Persimmon plc, one of the UK's leading housebuilders, was established by Life President, Duncan Davidson, in 1972.

Our business operates under three main brands Persimmon Homes, Charles Church and Westbury Partnerships.
Our Strategy
Our objective is to deliver our Capital Return Plan to our shareholders by building a range of sustainable homes across the UK and selling to both the private market and housing associations.
