The Group is ultimately governed by its Board of Directors. We operate from three geographic Divisions, North, Central and South. Each Division is controlled by a Divisional Board, headed by a Division Chief Executive. Each Division has a number of regional operating businesses, which are headed by a Managing Director and a management team with local knowledge and experience.
The executive management team has wide experience and is structured to ensure that we continue to apply our tried and tested discipline within the Group, whilst maintaining the ability to react quickly to changing market conditions and challenges. The structure has worked well and is set to deliver good results over many years.
